Law Enforcement Portal
The Police Portal has been designed to provide an area for all information that a Law Enforcement Officer may need for contacting the Ambulance Service.
If you are a law enforcement officer requiring the assistance of the Ambulance Service to an ongoing incident please either request your EOC to request assistance or call 911.
If you are a law enforcement officer requesting data from the Ambulance Service for example a Patient Report Form or a CAD Log please complete a Law Enforcement Data Request here.
When completing data requests you will need to provide:
The name and Badge Number of the requesting officer.
The name and Badge Number of a countersigning officer (the countersigning officer must be at least one rank higher than the requesting officer and must be aware of the request).
The time, date and location of the incident.
The offence(s) being investigated.
What information is required for example a PRF, CAD Log or Staff Information.
The reason the information is required.
A place to send the information for example a discord or email.
Note that we will not be able to provide data from requests that do not provide all of the above. The requests form is checked weekly on a Saturday so may be responded to slowly.
